Panoramic view of Saint-Cloud with an arched bridge crossing the Seine, a church with a spire in the background and buildings along the banks. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated September 27, 1919, sent from Paris to Saint-Cloud, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a Parisian postmark.
