View of the old town hall of Saumur, built in 1508 by Guillaume Bourneau, with its fortified tower where the Loire used to wash the base. The new town hall, built from 1886 to 1892 by M. Joly, features a library of 16,000 volumes on the second floor. To the left, the restaurant 'Les Trois Ancres' with the sign 'Hôtel'.
