Description

View of a stone castle surrounded by water, with mullioned windows and a pier. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 27, 1924, addressed to 'Dear P. Benet', mentioning a trip to Essen and a visit to the castle. The reverse bears the inscription 'SCHLOSS STRÜNKREEF' and a German postmark with cancellation.
