Description

Interior view of the cathedral in Sens showcasing the master altar built in 1741 at the expense of Monseigneur Languet, based on designs by Servandoni, crowned with a gilded baldachin. The choir stalls, carved by the Maréchal de la Feuillade, date from 1780. The reverse indicates the J.D. Collection, Sens, and features a partially visible stamp and cancellation.
