View of the Town Hall in Sens, begun in 1900 on the site of the Lorne house, inaugurated on Sunday, April 3, 1904 by Mr. Pelletan, then Minister of the Navy, accompanied by Mr. Tissier, chief of staff. Reverse: postcard with handwritten writing and inventory number 0286925.
