View of the Roi René Castle in Tarascon, with inscription indicating its construction began on 27 November 1400 under the reign of Louis II, Count of Provence. On the reverse, handwritten address to Monsieur Marcan in Marseille, a 33-centime green postage stamp, and a postmark from Tarascon.
