View of an ornate wrought-iron kiosk with floral motifs housing the 'Source of the Hospital' in Vichy, with several people in period costume. On the reverse, a dated letter from 19/7/09 addressed to Madame Paulotte Coulombe in Marseille, with a 5-centime French postage stamp and a Nice dispatch postmark.
