View of the Grande Grille spring in Vichy, under an ornate wrought-iron kiosk with floral motifs, with a crowd in period attire. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated August 4, 1913, addressed to A. Coutet in Saint-Chamond, with a 25-centime green stamp and a Vichy postmark.
