Description

View of the Town Hall in Tours, an imposing neoclassical building with a central tower adorned with a clock face. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur Craspin' and 'Monsieur Lapa', mentioning a sick child and a strict diet. Blue postmark 'SEMAINE DE TOURS' cancelled May 9, 1932.
