Description

Marble monument to the glory of the poet Pierre de Ronsard, sculpted by G. Delpérier, located in the Jardin des Prébendes d’Oé in Tours. The front shows the statue on a base adorned with putti, surrounded by bushes. The back has a handwritten letter dated 1917, addressed to Madame Garrynou in Paris, mentioning a visit to Tours and family news.
