Description

View of the Place de la Préfecture in Troyes, with the Saint-Urbain Cathedral in the background and a fountain in the center. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated December 19, 1919, addressed to Monsieur Raoul Véron in Devail, with a 15-centime postage stamp and a Troyes postmark.
