Black and white view of Verdun Cathedral, highlighting its two imposing towers and its Gothic architecture. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription reads 'Souvenir de voyage' and the date 'Le 21.8.28'. The address is intended for Mrs. Balcason in Roubaix (Nord). A 30-centime French postage stamp is affixed, with a cancellation from Verdun.
