Interior view of the nave of the Church of the Madeleine in Vézelay, showing its Romanesque columns and vaults dating from the 11th and 12th centuries. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated May 26, 1918, addressed to Madame Juliette Réfond in Paris, with a 15-centime stamp and a Vézelay postmark.
