View of the Clock Tower in Vichy, a medieval stone building with a clock at the top, surrounded by old buildings and advertising posters. The reverse shows a letter dated Vichy, 3 March 1914, addressed to M. Mesolomiselles Gravière in Marseille, with a 5-centime postage stamp and a cancellation.
