Description

Panoramic view of the village of Sixt in Haute-Savoie, surrounded by snow-capped mountains with indicated altitudes: Avondruz (2630 m), Pointe de Sambet (2334 m), Le Ruan (3070 m) and Tanneverge (3000 m). On the reverse, a 5-centime French postcard, stamped and postmarked in Sixt on August 27, 1937, with a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Jean Paturel in Grenoble.
