Description

Black and white view of the west towers of Westminster Abbey in London, with pedestrians and a vintage car. The reverse indicates the publisher is Valentine & Sons, Ltd., and contains text describing the abbey as one of London's noblest monuments, dating from the 7th century, with the west towers and façade rebuilt by Wren in the 18th century. A 2½d British stamp is affixed, with partial cancellation.
