View of the entrance to the Zuydcoote sanatorium, an imposing building with a symmetrical garden and a few people at the entrance. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to Louise and Robert Gillet in Paris, with a 20-centime French postage stamp and a Paris cancellation dated April 19, 1921.
