English wrought iron balustrade, probably made by Jean Tijou, dating from the beginning of the 18th century, from 35 Lincoln's Inn Fields. Printed text on the reverse indicates the dimensions (6ft 3⅜ ins / 94 cm) and the catalogue number M.132. Publisher: Victoria and Albert Museum, printed in 1921.
