Black and white nighttime view of the façade of Chartres Cathedral, illuminated, highlighting its rose window and sculptures. On the reverse, a postcard with a 15 franc French postage stamp, postmark from Chartres (Aube) dated 28 May 1950, addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Blavy in Paris, with a handwritten inscription 'Souvenir du camp de Chartres'.
