On the reverse, a postcard sent from the Isle of Skye in Scotland to Versailles, France, in 1962, with a 1962 stamp and handwritten text. The printed text mentions that the seagulls follow the pleasure boat returning from Loch Coruisk, an extension of the Cuillins, and that this excursion is one of the most magnificent in the Western Highlands.
