Description

Postcard showing three views of La Chapelle-St-Mesmin: the town hall with its clock, an indoor swimming pool with swimmers, and a landscape featuring the church and a pond bordered by flowers. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 8, 1944, mentioning a « big game in the alley » and addressed to Paris. Postage stamp of 2.10 francs canceled in La Chapelle-St-Mesmin on April 14, 1945.
