Description

Picturesque view of Alsacian timber-framed houses under a blue sky, with a pointed-tower church in the center. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 27 April 1956, sent from Alsace, mentioning a return to Alsace in 1943 and an address in Belfort. The postmark is canceled in Strasbourg.
