View of the Tauride Palace in Leningrad, a neoclassical building with a dome and white-columned portico. Printed text in Russian on the pediment. Reverse: Soviet postcard dated 1966, with 1 kopeck and 3 kopeck stamps, Leningrad cancellation, handwritten address to Paris, France, and signature of architect I.E. Starov and photographer V. Stukalova.
