Colored view of the Place des Décatribistes in Leningrad, featuring the equestrian monument of Peter the Great on a rocky base, with visitors and lampposts in the background. The reverse contains handwritten French correspondence addressed to Adam Dubuget in Vitry-sur-Seine, France, with a Soviet 3 kopecks postmark dated 15 December 1965, and mentions the publisher D. S. Smirnov.
