Black and white aerial view of S. Morez, with its buildings clustered in a valley surrounded by wooded hills and a viaduct visible in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 24/5/49, addressed to 'cher Jacquelain' in Paris, mentioning a reception in Morez and a planned trip to Besançon.
