View of the Qianqingmen, the imperial gate of the Summer Palace in Beijing, under a clear blue sky. The reverse indicates the location and the name in Chinese (乾清门) and in English (Qian Qing Men (Gate of Heavenly Purity)), with a handwritten inscription 'Pekin March 1988'.
