View of the Byurakan Observatory in Armenia, U.S.S.R., built between 1950 and 1953 by architect S. Safaryan. The main building is flanked by two observatories with metallic domes. The reverse indicates the publication date (1966), the publisher (Moscow), the photographer (M. Churakova), and the serial number (A14014-65, 10-29, 1 k).
