Description

Black and white panoramic view of a village nestled between snow-capped mountains, with fields and trees below. On the reverse, a French 8 franc postage stamp depicting the Seine Valley at Andelys, postmark from Bourg-d'Oisans dated 22 July 1955, and a handwritten inscription for Madame Douttier in Honfleur. The publisher is listed as 'Editions Photographiques Jansol'.
