Description

View of the central square in Vizille with the National Bank for Commerce and Industry, a war memorial adorned with French flags and a statue on a pedestal. In the background, the Vizille Castle with its towers and clock. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated August 17, 1970, sent from Vizille to Madame Francapville in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, with a 40-centime stamp 'sound and historical castle' and a postmark.
