Description

Postcard showing the illuminated Chartres Cathedral at night, with its large central rose window and Gothic towers. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to 'la chère Biquette', with the notes 'Chartres, 7.E.59' and 'Bonne Année'. Two stamps of 5 and 15 francs are affixed, canceled in Chartres on 7 January 1959.
