Panoramic view of Lucerne with a central fountain in the foreground, a steamboat moored, and in the background the city with its bell-towered church. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 13, 1958, sent from Lucerne for the 20th music festival, addressed to 'Mme des Bons Français' in the Atlantic, with a red 'Europa 25' stamp and postmark 'Lucerne 13.AUG.1958'.
