The printed text recounts its history: offered in 1382 by Philippe-le-Hardi to the Duke of Burgundy, it was transported to Dijon by a carriage driver for 32 francs 1/2 and installed on the façade of Notre-Dame. The reverse indicates the publisher Héliogravure Daniel Delboy - Mirecourt.
