Black and white aerial view of Fribourg, taken from Lorettoberg, showing the city surrounded by wooded hills with a church with a pointed spire prominently featured. The reverse has handwritten text dated April 8, 1954, addressed to 'my dear Noëlle', mentioning the Black Forest and children, as well as the publisher 'La Cigogne' and the collector's address in Fribourg-en-Brisgau.
