Colored view of Buckingham Palace in London, showing the main entrance with decorative columns, lampposts, and a few passersby. The printed text in red at the top right indicates 'BUCKINGHAM PALACE, LONDON'. On the reverse, a postcard dated 11.15 VIII (15 August 1914) sent from London to Paris, with a green 1 shilling stamp and handwritten black ink writing.
