Indian postcard dated March 13, 1917, with a 9 pence stamp depicting King George V. The back has a handwritten address to 'Faisalalmier (Raffuttuma)' and a postmark of 'Faisalalmier'. The front is fully covered with a message written in Tibetan script. The stamp is canceled and the postmark is partially faded.
