Registered envelope dated 1917, addressed to the Manager of the Branch of the Bank of India in Ludhiana, sent from Tarlochan Singh Slopatha to Malautdh. Printed text in English and Devanagari indicates the cost of 10 paise and the requirement to hand it over to a post office officer to obtain a receipt.
