Black and white illustration of a nun in prayer before the Virgin Immaculate appearing in a cave, with the inscription 'JE SUIS L'IMMACULÉE CONCEPTION' around her head. Reverse: French postage stamp of 30 centimes, postmark from Lourdes (Hautes-Pyrénées) dated 7 July 1938, handwritten address to M. Plumezey in Saint-Carnat, and mention 'Edition P. Doucel, Lourdes'.
