Black and white view of a medieval stone clock tower, seen from a narrow alley bordered by old houses and a stone wall. On the back, a handwritten note dated 1946 addressed to 'Dear Mother', mentioning the new year and children. The back also indicates '306 - MARTEL (Lot) - The Clock Tower (16th century)' and bears a publisher's mark 'Les Arts Graphiques'.
