View of the Palace of the Pretty in Nice, a building on stilts by the sea, with swimmers on the pebble beach and a sailboat at sea. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Deuilin in Paris, a 10-centime French postmark and a Nice dispatch stamp from May 12, 1916.
