View of a ruined aqueduct in Maintenon, with several stone arches and a man standing near a stream. The reverse has a postcard dated 1915, sent to Monsieur Lafontaine, soldier in the 28th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Company, S.P. 71, with handwritten text 'bonjour' and signature 'A. Nicholoff'.
