Three peasants in traditional attire, two seated with baskets and one kneeling near a chicken, in a rustic setting. On the reverse, handwritten violet ink addressed to 'Mademoiselle Barbun' in Chanez, Lozère, with a note of collection and pleasure. Red postmark 'Puy' and postal stamp 'Puy'.
