Colorized view of the Kaiserbrücke in Mainz, with its imposing arched metal bridge and fortified tower. The reverse has handwritten text dated January 14, 1919, addressed to 'Moniteur Rougier' in Chalons-sur-Marne, with a partially readable stamp and cancellation.
