Description

Caricature postcard depicting two soldiers, a German in a helmet and a Frenchman in a képi, discussing under a cloudy sky. The printed text says: 'It's sad, isn't it, comrade, to stay three days without eating... under heavy fire!!!'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Paul Royand in Constantine, with a red 10-centime stamp and a cancellation mark of 'JEUDE FAUGRIGUE - SAVOIE' dated May 15, 1916.
