Postcard showing the keep of Montlhéry Castle, a ruined tower with narrow windows, built during the reigns of Hugh Capet and Robert II. On the reverse, handwritten text addresses the card to 'Mme Gambetta' in Comboud-Ville (S.-et-O.), with a blue 8 franc stamp and a postmark from Paris, 20-23 July 1923. The publisher is listed as 'Impr. de France, 12, rue Leguillon, Paris'.
