View of the famous Roman amphitheatre in Nîmes, with a pedestrian in motion in the foreground. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Boupé in Moudon, with a green 5-centime stamp and a postmark from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne dated January 1st, 1909.
