View of the lighthouse of the Douaumont Ossuary, built in 1920 to watch over the dead of the war forever. The reverse indicates that it was authorized by decree of December 3, 1919, and funded by national subscription. Postmark canceled and circular stamp 'OSSUAIRE de DOUAUMONT (Meuse)' visible.
