Description

View of the Prefecture in Bar-le-Duc, an imposing neo-Gothic building with gabled roof and ornate windows. Printed text at the bottom: '5. — BAR-le-DUC. — The Prefecture.' On the reverse, handwritten message addressed to Madame Gobert Meurel in Paris, dated May 21, 1915, with a 10-cent red stamp and a postmark from Bar-le-Duc.
