Description

View of the abbey perched on a promontory at the edge of a lake, with a background of wooded mountains. The reverse indicates that it was founded around 1125 by Saint Bernard, preserves the tombs of the Counts of Savoy and the King of Italy Umberto II, and that the lighthouse tower dates from the 19th century.
