Description

Aerial view of the stacks of Duncansby, detached rocks along the ocean's edge, with steep cliffs and a small beach below. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Andnot in Paris, accompanied by a blue 3 pence stamp and a Dundee cancellation. The printed text at the bottom identifies the location and publisher: J. Arthur Dixon Studios, Caithness.
