Description

Illustrated postcard depicting the rear-wheel steamer Bonnington, launched in 1911 by CPR for postal service on Nakusp, Kootenay, and Okanagan lakes, transferred to the government of British Columbia in 1931 and demolished in 1946. Bilingual text in English and French. Reverse: address of the publisher Novelty Ticket Company Limited in Guelph, Ontario, and Canada 32 postage stamp canceled in Sunderland, Ontario, on January 26, 1964.
